Solution For Note App Won’t Sync From iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Imac

I will be right to the point. I was experiencing this annoying tragedy after I changed my Apple ID email address. But finally I found the solution.
For iPhone and iPhone are quite simple. I just had to reinstall the Note app (deleted it and installed it again).
For MacBook or Mac, I had to go to this folder and deleted the following folder:
~/Library/Application Scripts/com.apple.Notes
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes.HTMLConverter
~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.notes
It works for me and I hope it works for you too.
